The Beach Club Premium Private Apartments, Palm Cove

The resort has some great amenities and a fantastic pool area, which we enjoyed a lot. However, our experience was marred by cigarette smoke coming into our room from above, making it hard to relax on the balcony. The service at the bar during happy hour was frustrating due to long waits, highlighting a need for more staff during peak times.

My stay at the resort was quite mixed. The room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the Serenity Pool, but it felt dated and was barely usable due to a closet filled with the owner's belongings. While the pool areas were enjoyable, I found some aspects like the dining experience lacking in airflow and quality. On the bright side, we did receive friendly service that was eager to assist us despite some minor issues with replenishing items. Overall, it's an okay place, but not the ideal choice for those seeking a seamless getaway.
